DELIVERY AND RETURNS
MADE TO ORDER FOOTWEAR
All our Amy & Ivor shoes are handmade by us to order (occasionally we hold a small amount of stock but generally shoes will be made upon receipt of order). For this reason please allow approximately 10 working days (2 calendar weeks) for your order to be completed ready for shipping. We process and make all orders as quickly as possible, so we will try to deliver sooner if we can. If an item is offered for pre-order, please refer to the delivery time noted in the product description.
Hedley Field accessories are also handmade in-house in small batches. Items listed on the website are generally in stock and orders will between 2 and 10 working days to be personalised and ready for dispatch.
We will notify you by email once your order has been completed and dispatched.
We offer free UK standard delivery for all orders over £100.
UK standard delivery is £4.95 – we ship with Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 Service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days. They send you delivery notifications and a signature is required.
UK express delivery is £9.50 – this is using Royal Mail Special Delivery – guaranteed to arrive the next working day, after dispatch, by 1 pm.
Please note this option is a faster secure delivery option, it does not speed up the time it takes us to make your order.
We offer free International delivery on all orders over £250.
International shipping is charged at £10.50 and goods are delivered with Royal Mail ‘Tracked and Signed’ or ‘Signed For’ depending on services available for the country of delivery.
International Tracked and Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation. Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
There is also an option for secure international shipping via UPS. If you wish for your order to be shipped by UPS please email us for further details and prices.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. If an order does not arrive due to incorrect or insufficient delivery instructions being provided it is not the responsibility of Amy & Ivor to replace it. In cases where we have followed ‘special delivery instructions’, we can take no responsibility for any resulting loss or damage.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import customs and duty charges if incurred.
RETURNS - REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are satisfied with your purchases from Hedley Field and Amy & Ivor.
If however for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by email, quoting your order number.
NOTE: We cannot accept any returns on personalised items and we only accept items returned in perfect condition, unworn and unused, and in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, we will refund the full purchase price.
Postage charges cannot be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
For all items returned we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as we cannot refund or exchange for items not received.
Sale or discounted items are final and are not subject to our usual returns policy, unless faulty.
