We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is up to date and accurate we do not guarantee it. We hold the right to amend or withdraw products and prices offered at any time.

We try to ensure all images accurately represent the products being sold, however, please note we cannot guarantee colour in your browser will be an accurate representation of the products being sold.

All of our products are handmade from natural materials. Because of this, there will be colour and detail variations product to product which cannot be represented in our images. These variations do not constitute cause for complaint.

Hedley Field reserves the right to refuse any order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or suspect you are in breach of our terms and conditions. In the case your order is refused you will receive a notification explaining why.

All of the products we make are designed to meet UK law. We cannot warrant that they comply with legislation outside of the UK.

The majority of our products are handmade or personalised to order. Timescales to produce are listed on each individual product pages as an indication.  We try our upmost to deliver within this timescale but in exceptional circumstances products may be delivered outside of this time.

Although we aim to deliver a 24-hour online service we will sometimes have downtime for technical work. We will not be liable for any issues caused by the website being unavailable at any time.

Hedley Field has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Hedley Field of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
